License Grant
You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Kavo VPN on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- copy or redistribute the App;
- modify it or create derivative works from it;
- reverse-engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows;
- sublicense or sell it.
Ownership
All rights to Kavo VPN remain the property of its developer.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. Once terminated, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store: Apple is not responsible for maintaining, supporting, or warranting the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
